Make sure you're sending native ZEC from the Zcash chain (transparent t-address) and receiving TRX on the TRON mainnet — not a wrapped version on Ethereum or BNB Chain.

Network speed and confirmations

Zcash blocks are mined roughly every 75 seconds, and we require standard confirmations before processing. TRON finalizes transactions in about 3 seconds, so TRX usually lands in your wallet within a minute after the swap completes.

Network fees

ZEC transaction fees are minimal, typically a fraction of a cent. TRX transfers on TRON are nearly free when bandwidth is available, otherwise they burn a small amount of TRX.
