Network speed and confirmations

Zcash deposits typically need a few block confirmations (block time around 75 seconds). Ethereum withdrawals are sent once ZEC is confirmed and usually arrive within 1–3 minutes after broadcast, depending on current gas conditions on the ETH mainnet.

Fees and limits

Network fees: ZEC transparent transactions cost a fraction of a cent; ETH withdrawal fees depend on mainnet gas at the time of payout. The exchange rate already includes the service fee — no hidden charges are added after the order is created.
