TRC20 USDT runs on Tron and is widely used for transfers between exchanges and wallets due to minimal fees and fast settlement.

Network fees and speed

Arbitrum withdrawals typically cost cents and confirm within seconds. TRC20 network fee is around 1 USDT (or free if the receiving address has enough bandwidth/energy), with confirmation in a few seconds. Compared to ERC20, where gas can reach tens of dollars, this route is one of the cheapest ways to move large USDT volumes between L2 and Tron.

Notes for large transfers

Double-check the destination is a TRC20 address (starts with T). Sending TRC20 funds to an Arbitrum or ERC20 address will result in loss.
